Mobile Office Trailer options
Mobile Office Trailers solve a variety of problems. You gain extra space—quickly—and for only the amount of time you need it. It’s the perfect temporary solution.
Our mobile office trailers are ready to go, and available for you in a variety of sizes to solve your temporary space needs. The average cost to rent a mobile office trailer depends mostly on size and somewhat on region and season, with spring and summer tending to be our peak time.
8′ Wide Office Trailers:
- Our 8 x 20 office trailer is our smallest option, at 128 square feet. This trailer is perfect for two work spaces. It has a built in wall-to-wall desk that contains one two-drawer file cabinet. Single room trailer
- 8 x 24 office trailer is 160 square feet of office space. In addition to the built in desk, this trailer also contains one 26 x 60 fold down plan table and plan rack. Single room trailer
8 x 30 office trailer is 208 square feet – two office areas with work spaces for four. Two room trailer. Rooms have interior man door
- 8 x 36 office trailer is 256 square feet and includes the two office areas plus additional space for a coat and storage closet. Two room trailer with man door.
All of the 8′ wide office trailers feature the following:
- Venetian blinds and bug screens on windows
- Tile floor throughout
- Baseboard heating and box air conditioning
10′ Wide Office Trailers:
- The 10 x 40 office trailer is 360 square feet. Both of the two offices feature built in wall-to-wall desks with one two-drawer filing cabinet, a 36 x 60 fold down plan table and plan rack, and coat/storage space.

- 10 x 52
All of the 10′ wide office trailers feature the following:
- Venetian blinds and bug screens on windows
- Tile floor throughout
- Baseboard heating and air conditioning
- Two entry doors, with one interior adjoining door
12′ Wide Office Trailers:
- The 12 x 60 office trailer is 672 square feet and features two offices and a conference room— with two built in wall-to-wall desks – each with its own two-drawer filing cabinet and some contain a half bath
- 12 x 64: our largest option with 720 square feet of space (see website for specifics or ask us!)
All of the 12′ wide office trailers feature the following:

- Tile floor throughout
- Baseboard heating and air conditioning
- Two entry doors with two interior adjoining doors
Discounted rates for long-term rentals
Typically the length of the rental is determined based on your needs. Construction companies may opt for one month rental whereas a school district may need their temporary trailer space for three months and longer. In the case where you might need a long-term arrangement, Dear John Inc. Is happy to offer a discounted rate.
Additional charges may include:
- Delivery
- Setup
- Tie downs
- Removal
- Steps leading up to the trailer door
- Transport permit and/or escort
- Water/Waste water tanks
Also available to rent, for your convenience are: Desks, Chairs, Tables, Benches, if its used in the office at your jobsite, Dear John Inc. Will do their best to supply it!
